The SI module speeds up
the production process and ensures accuracy by transferring your patterns,
cutting instructions or online label printing data directly to your CNC controlled
saws. It eliminates saw setup time and avoids costly production errors,
improving your efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

module also shows you an estimated cutting time for each job. With an accurate
estimate of when your machines are being utilised and when they'll be
available, you can stay in full control of production and make the optimum
use of your resources.

A wide range of formats
for different saw types are supported. Transfer via serial link, floppy
disk, or network as supported by the controller at the saw.

Extensive
parameters allow detailed estimates of cutting time for single and multiple
axis saw systems, based on saw carriage and program fence speeds and clamp
positions.

The
cutting times will be considered for minimum overall production cost.

Additionally,
data from the saw can be analysed to monitor saw productivity and provide a
shift analysis. Also actual cycle times can be compared with theoretical
estimates, and a variance report produced.

Label
design for label printing at the saw (specific saw types only) is included,
and can be used in conjunction with the Parts and Labels module to print
labels at an online PC by the saw.

Export
of pattern exchange PTX files in ASCII or ACCESS MDB database format with
full cutting and labeling information for transfer to third-party
applications.
