Magi-Cut Remote Support

Magi-Cut can now be supported via TeamViewer remote access software provided the computer to be accessed remotely can browse the internet.

If you would like to be supported remotely you will need a current valid support contract. Then phone or email us to ask for the user name and password which will then allow you to access the remote support download link. Double click on the button at the top of this page and enter the user name and password you will have been given.

You may now be given the option to run or save the file Magicut_Remote_Support.exe. If you save the software make a note of where the application has been saved to and then double click on the file. 

This starts the remote access program note that this has not been installed on your computer and when the session is ended then the program is no longer running on your PC. You will be presented with the following screen.

Phone the telephone number given and when asked by our support staff give them the ID and password.

The following will appear in you task bar on the right hand side which indicates that the remote session has started and our support staff are able to view what you see on your screen.

Note that your desktop background and theme may change during the remote session to optimise the speed of the connection. When the connection is closed all settings will return to how they were prior to the session starting. You are able to end the session your self at any time by clicking the red X in the above dialog.

You will then receive the following prompt before our staff are able to remote access your computer. You have 10 seconds to click yes or no. If this time runs out or you click no then our support staff will only be able to view your desktop and see what you are seeing.
