Simply by using just the part numbers to pull elements into a parts list, you can enter cutting lists quickly and accurately, and create factory route cards at the press of a button – speeding up despatch as well as production. You can also generate detailed labels with multiple bar codes and pictures, for fast setup of CNC machines equipped with bar code scanners.

The library can hold details of size, material, grain, edging - and hundreds of characters of user defined information for each part, and a drawing of the part.

The library can also be utilised to hold a list of regularly used hardware components with costs.

The part dimensions and other fields may be variable and specified at order entry if required.

The label design facility allows you to create customised label layouts allowing bar code labels to be printed per piece, per part type and for off-cuts.

Labels may be printed in the office in the sequence of cutting, or printed on demand at the saw by using a touch-screen PC to select the required part.

The form design feature enables you to print your part list in any page layout you choose.

Up to 99999 different standard parts in the library.

Stock control for over and 'plus' parts.

A list of operation times can be held in the information boxes for each part, and these may be used to build up a full part cost comprised of material and operation times.
