Edging and laminating

The EL module simplifies production by planning all your cutting in one straightforward step. It calculates cutting sizes for core parts, allowing for trims and edging, and optionally the size of each laminate piece and edging strip. If you're using a work-cell method then program details for each edge can be passed to the edge bander using bar codes. It can also show the edging layout on the part label, to ensure correct application of the edge banding.

•	Edging library with up to 99999 different types of edging and laminating materials including tape and lipping.
•	Automatic calculation of cutting lists from finished sizes, including adjustment for thickness of edging and oversize cutting for trimming back during later production processes.
•	Edging summary listing total linear measure of tape of each edge type required.
•	Generates laminate sizes, including special calculations for post-formed and bull-nosed edges.
•	Detailed estimates of edge-banding times and costs.
•	Stock control for edging material when used with stock control module.
